Some highlights from today.....

Well today was a busy day and Annette and I are trying to make everything fit in our bags without having to ship anything. I am posting a few highlights of the day. We ordered so much today and still have more to do tomorrow before we leave. Annette and I are soooo excited to be bringing in Ten Second Studios, and it will be there by Saturday. Annette and I will be demonstrating this along with the score pal and showing you guys many other goodies on Saturday.

We were hearing this buzz about these organizers so we went downstairs to find this new company. We were instantly sold on the possiblities. They are sending back with us a class kit, which we will demo on Saturday. The best part is that you can alter these organizers.

A lot of people have asked for these message recorders, well they are coming. I loved this company because of how they showed them altered and the different ways to use them.

We found a little treasure down in the new exhibitors, Pink Paislee, we loved their booth, their pink and white polka dot aprons and all their product. They were so sweet and gave us stamps for each person who is signed up for the Saturday crop. This is a "HOT" new company and we love their stuff.

This is a new company for us, Glitz. We LOVED all the bling bling, big journaling rubons, and these awesome little roller doodles. We will have some of these to demo on Saturday too.

My Trip Is Complete........

I finally met Donna Downey, what a awesome lady. I assured her that I was not a stalker and would love for her to come teach at the store one of her fabric creations. She has a book coming out on the fabric projects this April, and yes we ordered them. It seems she is all about this flip camera I keep hearing about and secretly is awaiting a surprise visit from Rosie O'Donnell. Look out for a You-tube of us on her blog.

We did a make take-n-take with Clarie Hampton of Hampton Arts. What a fun gal and so talented. She gave us a good lesson on alcohol inks, which brings me to the next part of our post.

Here we are with Teresa at Ranger, where we went CRAZY! We ordered the alchol display, distressing inks and re-inkers display, perfect pearls display, new pigment ink pad display, pearl dimensional paint (loved this), Nick Bantock ink display, pigment ink markerdisplay, blending tools, distressers, mini misters (what until you see what we learned with these) and the BEST opaque wrinter in the world.

Ranger had these awesome canvas's displayed, they were from the "How do you distress?" Designer challenge. Can you pick out which designers did these?

You asked so you shall receive.....Stampers Anonymous!

Day 1 at CHA.......

We saw some awesome stuff today and spent WAY to much money. First I have to tell a funny story, everyone has their favorite designer. If you do not know mine is Donna Downey, her stuff so inspires me expecially her fabric albums, most of all I love her personality. Well around lunch Annette and her sister stopped to get something to eat while my rep and I were clear across the convention ordering Autumn Leaves. I call Annette and she is sitting next to Donna getting her picture taken, I almost left my rep and took off to where they were. But then I was afraid she would think I was a stalker, so heres a picture to share. You have to love Annette's look "Sorry Carolyn!"

WE LOVE YOU DONNA!

Well ladies we ordered so much today, Zac's Life, Basic Grey, Maya Roads, Melissa Frances, Bo Bunny, Carolee's Creation, Autumn Leaves, Tim Holtz, and Jenni Bowlin.

Here are some of Jenni Bowlin's new stuff.......

Check out these projects from Basic Grey and you have got to love these clown stamps

The best for last, Maya Road, we went crazy over the samples in their both!
