We all headed out to Stolen Moments, a new scrapbook retreat. The hardest part was what to pack, what to work on and what if I forgot something....because I promised not to go to the store the whole weekend. Several ladies at the Friday night crop were getting a real kick out of me trying to pack the whole store in my crop bags, one even said she would be surprised if I was able to get anything done. See they know me to well, I am usually to busy helping other people and talking to much to get anything done. Well ladies I actually finished 5 projects, a canvas, a large monogram letter in Ten Second Studio metal, a 13 page baby album for my new nephew, a mini album using the new Zach's Life and the cutest layered chipboard book of the Dallas Arboretum. I will post pictures later.
This was the best weekend, Susie has the cutest and most comfortable inn. Only a scrapbooker can cater to the needs of other scrapbookers. She has thought of everything, I love the special touch of all the scrapbook pages framed on the walls and little altered art all over the place. What I love the most is it is perfect for 1 group of 12, and of course we had a great group of girls, we laughed, we ate and we scrapped to 5am every night. We were already planning our next weekend, I cannot wait.
We had a blast! Everyone should go to the Stolen Moments Inn for a retreat! But....did you have to post so many attractive pictures of me?
